Remove duplicate rows, normalize values and headers, split or merge worksheets, and review missing cells.

Free limits: 10 MB, 100,000 estimated cells, and 5,000 rows per split. Eligible packages can process up to 50 MB, 500,000 estimated cells, and 20,000 rows per split.

What the report includes
  • Each output is an .xlsx workbook with a separate Cleanup Report worksheet.
  • Missing cells are counted and up to 500 cell coordinates are listed in the report.
  • Duplicate removal starts after row 1, treating row 1 as the header.
  • Split mode makes tabs from the first worksheet; merge mode aligns rows from all sheets by identical header text.
  • Review formulas, formatting, and workbook-specific features after export. The output is a data-focused .xlsx workbook.
